Upon inspection, if the fault is found not to be caused by manufacturer materials or standard of workmanship, STB reserves the right to decline any obligations to repair the item under this guarantee. Any unsanitary damages to the item must be professionally dry cleaned providing STB with the certified receipt before any service will be carried out.

STB reserves the right to substitute any item or parts with one of similar or equal quality.  In the case that identical materials cannot be obtained, STB reserves the right to use other materials of similar or equal quality however; we will try our best to offer our closest material available.

STB will cover in the first year any transport fees relating to your guarantee claims.  You must not arrange any transportation without first obtaining prior approval from STB.  Post the first year, any transportation costs will be paid by the purchaser.  STB reserves the right to charge an upfront call-out fee for any inspections required for a guarantee claim.  If our products are found to have manufacturing faults, the call out fee is then refundable and vice versa.

After the first three months, it is recommended that you do it once every two months.  The more regularly you do this, the more the mattress’s life is prolonged.
  • TURN-FREE mattress are better rotated every three weeks or as often as possible.
  • VERY IMPORTANT - For couple using double, queen and king size mattresses, we suggest you try to lie in the middle of your mattress when sleeping alone to allow the mattress area to conform and settle down with your body weight.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR NEW SLEEP SET MAY TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS TO CONFORM AND ADJUST TO YOUR SLEEPING PATTERN TO GIVE YOU THE CORRECT FEEL AND SUPPORT YOU DESERVE.
